Program Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Organizational Management program at Albizu University, Miami campus, helps you grow intellectually, personally, and professionally so you feel enabled, empowered, and motivated to make significant positive contributions to the organizations you may serve and to society as a whole. Succeeding in any environment requires the ability to think critically, to analyze data, to make recommendations, and to communicate effectively.

Program Highlights

The BBA program at AU is designed to prepare you with the necessary skills and academic knowledge to effectively apply various business principles and tools in an organizational setting.

The lower-division portion of the BBA program provides you with a balanced academic foundation that includes coursework in areas such as accounting, English composition, cross-cultural studies, humanities, and sciences. The upper-division portion of the BBA program exposes you to applied knowledge and best practices in the areas of management, marketing, communications, accounting, finance, and managerial decision-making.

The upper-division core courses are offered via a nontraditional “fast-track” course delivery format, and you may complete your degree within five academic sessions, or approximately 20 months.

You will be taught by a highly committed, diverse faculty with expertise in the areas they teach. Many of our faculties are working professionals who will bring to your classes their real-life experiences in the field, thus enriching your learning experience while in the program.

Career Opportunities

According to a 2012 survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges Employers, employers tend to hire business graduates as opposed to other graduates. The same survey also revealed that a business degree ranks as the ‘top’ choice of individuals who are seeking a degree program.
